Upload your artwork

After completing the branded order form, upload your artwork using the same name and contact details so we can match it to your order.

A Google account sign-in is required. The form accepts one file up to 10 MB per submission; submit it again for another file. For larger files or if you prefer email, email your artwork as an attachment.

Print-ready artwork checklist

  • Send an editable vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF) where possible. Convert fonts to outlines and embed any linked images.
  • For raster artwork, send a high-resolution PNG, TIFF or PDF at the final print size, ideally 300 dpi. Use a transparent background when the design needs one.
  • Tell us the required print dimensions and placement. Supply the original file rather than a screenshot or a small image copied from social media.
  • Colour mode, bleed and production requirements vary by product and print method; we’ll confirm the final specifications before production.

Artwork preparation: R250 if your design needs tweaking to make it print-ready. We’ll confirm this with you before doing the work.
